You choose the service at checkout. Prices are shown before you pay — there are no extra charges at the end.

Sealed product that needs a parcel shows its own delivery price on the product page.
Combined postage
You pay postage once per order: the postage of the dearest item in your basket. Add as many cards as you like — if one of them needs tracked delivery, the whole order goes tracked.
Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch within 2 working days of your order. Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd Class and Tracked 48 in 2–3 working days, and Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day. These are Royal Mail’s targets, not guarantees, except where Special Delivery’s guarantee applies.
Where we deliver
Great Britain only: England, Scotland and Wales. We can’t currently send to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or overseas.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. The goods are our responsibility until they reach you. For returns, see returns and cancellations.
