Terms of sale

1. Who we are

We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.

2. The products

Singles and graded slabs are second-hand collectables. We describe each one’s condition or grade and photograph the actual item; the photos form part of the description. Sealed product is new and factory sealed. Colours on screen can vary slightly.

Pokémon products are not toys intended for young children; small parts may be included in sealed product.

3. Ordering and the contract

1. When you click checkout we reserve the items for you while you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe on its secure page.
2. The contract between us is formed when we e-mail to confirm your order after payment. If something goes wrong after payment (for example the item was damaged or sold elsewhere in the same moment), we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
3. You must be 18 or over to buy, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total price for the item. Delivery is shown separately before you pay. If we list an item at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

Discount codes are subject to the terms printed with them (expiry date, minimum spend, one use) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Great Britain only and dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery options and prices are on the delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or someone you name.

6. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. How to cancel, how refunds work and the model cancellation form are on the returns page.

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including a 30-day right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods. See the returns page.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for business losses — we sell to consumers for private use.

9. Complaints

If you’re unhappy, contact us first — we aim to reply within 2 working days and resolve things within 14 days.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you can bring proceedings in Scotland; if you live in Wales or England, in the courts of England and Wales.
