White Flare singles

About White Flare

White Flare is the Reshiram half of the first English split expansion, a return to Unova alongside Black Bolt. It came out in the UK on 18 July 2025 and has 173 cards (86 plus 87 secret rares), topped by the monochrome Black White Rare Reshiram ex 173/086. There is no booster box; packs only come inside other products.

White Flare UK release date

White Flare and its twin Black Bolt launched together in the UK on 18 July 2025. The Tech Sticker and Victini Illustration Collections followed on 1 August, and the Booster Bundles on 22 August 2025. Newer sets are on our release calendar.

White Flare or Black Bolt?

Between them, the two sets cover all 156 Pokémon originally discovered in Unova, each with an Illustration Rare or Special Illustration Rare. White Flare follows Reshiram, with Keldeo, Hydreigon, Whimsicott, Jellicent and Bouffalant among its ex cards, and a Hilda Supporter. Collecting the whole of Unova means collecting both sets.

• Black White Rare: a new monochrome top rarity. In White Flare it is given to Reshiram ex and Victini.
• Parallel foils: three parallel foil versions, two with a Poké Ball or Master Ball pattern.
• Nostalgic touches: Basic Energy cards use the original Black & White series designs.

Is there a White Flare booster box?

Each pack holds 10 cards and a Basic Energy. The White Flare Elite Trainer Box promo is a full-art foil Tornadus. For what each product type is, see Pokémon TCG product types explained.

White Flare chase cards

Reshiram ex has both a Special Illustration Rare and a Black White Rare. Victini's Black White Rare appears in both sets, numbered 172 here and 171 in Black Bolt.
